By joining Chatsonic's affiliate partner program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sponsored ads

Running ads on branded keywords like Writesonic, Chatsonic, Botsonic, and Photosonic on Google and Facebook or other similar advertisement channels is strictly prohibited.
You are free to target generic keywords like AI writing tools, AI chatbots, conversational AI, AI tools, AI writing assistants, Ai writers, etc. if found running sponsored ads on brand keywords like Writesonic, Chatsonic, Botsonic, Photosonic, etc. will lead to a cancellation of your affiliate account without refunding the payments. Also, a combination of branded keywords like Writesonic pricing or Writesonic review, Chatsonic comparison, etc, would be considered a violation of our terms and conditions.
Writesonic has trademarked all its keywords, so If you run search ads on Google or Bing, you must set negative keywords for Writesonic, Chatsonic Botsonic, and Photosonic.
You shall not use the Writesonic, Chatsonic, Photosonic, or Botsonic brand name in your domain name, including any misspellings. Eg write-sonic.com or chat-sonic.com etc. If found doing so, we will ask you to take it down, and any commission, regardless of origin, will be revoked.

Coupon Deals

Writesonic does not offer coupons to any affiliates. You’re not allowed to promote the coupon. Affiliate sites cannot have “Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon” or any variation when there are no coupons or deals available, and the click opens the writesonic website or sets a cookie. Affiliates with such text on the Writesonic landing page will be removed from the program immediately.
We do not allow promoting our products on any coRunning ads and promoting Writesonic on the below keywords is a violation of Writesonic terms and conditions, and anyone violating it will be removed from the Writesonic affiliate program without refunding the commissions.

Affiliates may not bid on Writesonic Coupons, Writesonic Discounts, or other branded phrases implying coupons are available.
Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons, or images to imply anything besides currently authorized deals to the specific affiliate.

Independent Contractor

Affiliates are independent contractors of Writesonic. It is the express understanding and intention of the Parties that no relationship of master and servant nor principal and agent shall exist between Writesonic and You by this Agreement. You have no right to act on behalf of or bind Writesonic in any way nor share in the profits or losses of Writesonic.
The only compensation available to You is set forth in this Agreement. You are solely and exclusively responsible and liable for all of Your acts or omissions.

Modifications.

This Agreement and Writesonic standard Terms of Service may be modified by Writesonic at any time, with or without prior notice to You.

Payments

Payments are made on the first of every month, at least 30 days after the referred customer's trial account has been converted to a paid account. For example, if a customer you referred subscribes to a paid plan on January 3rd, you'll be paid on March 1st.
Payments will be made in the month the due commission is or above $50.

Self-referral

Self-referral is strictly prohibited. The aim of the program is to incentivize you to refer others. Please don’t consider this as a method of obtaining a discount on your Writesonic account.
Any commission earned on self-referral will be voided and lead to a cancellation of your affiliate account.

Inappropriate sites

You cannot promote Chatsonic or Writesonic on any inappropriate websites or websites that contain defamatory/violent/adult/offensive content or websites that violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
We request you to follow these guidelines in order to ensure a successful campaign.
Writesonic reserves the right to change any terms or conditions of the affiliate program at any time. These modifications may include changes in payment terms, commission schedules, and more.
