1. Owner
- Full workspace control and management
- Ability to transfer ownership
- Access to all projects and settings
- Team member invitation and role assignment capabilities
2. Super Admin
- Complete workspace management capabilities
- Can invite team members and assign roles
- Full project access and configuration control
- Cannot transfer workspace ownership
3. Admin
- Project-level management permissions
- Access limited to assigned projects only
- Can edit configurations within their project scope
- Cannot invite new team members or modify workspace settings
4. Member
- View-only access to dashboards and insights
- Permission to edit prompts, topics, and tags
- Cannot modify configurations or critical settings
- Ideal for contributors, analysts, and external consultants
